LEVEL 1/IVP FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE EXPERTS

Starting The Process

Step 1 (Mandatory) – Upload Your Denial Letter (fully encrypted)
Upload your Denial Letter. Nothing happens until we review it. Once you upload it, we review it to see if you may qualify for Good Cause Exception (GCE) relief.

Step 2 – Fast Review & Call
We usually review your Denial Letter within 6 hours. If you appear to qualify, we call you to explain your options, answer questions, and outline what additional documents we would need if you choose to move forward.

Step 3 – Agreement & Payment
If you decide to proceed, you sign a service agreement and make payment. We only accept Zelle transfers. Once payment is received, we begin working on your case without delay and take it from there.
